Return Policy

RETURN POLICY 

What is your return policy? 

Changed your mind about your purchase? No worries, we honor returns for store credit on all of our products. It is our goal to make sure that our customers are always happy and satisfied. Therefore, if you would like to return your item(s), we will be glad to help by way of the return process below. Please note that refunds and exchanges are not available, only returns for store credit. 

RETURN PROCESS

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item(s) to request a return and ship the item(s) back to us. Return requests made outside of the 7 calender day window will not be eligible for approval. And items shipped to us after the 7 calendar day grace period will be ineligible and will be shipped back to the sender. We recommend taking pictures of your tracking number for your records in case the shipping company is experiencing delays. 

To be granted a return, your item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. If item(s) do not meet these requirements,  the return will not be processed and item(s) will be shipped back to the sender. 

To request a return, contact us at support@baltestabeanskin.com. Be sure to provide your full name and order number in your request. If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and obtaining a return approval will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the sender. 

*All costs incurred for returning an item(s) will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Once we have received your item(s), your return will be processed in 3-5 business days and you will receive a store credit in the form of an e-gift card in the amount you paid for the item(s) returned. Please note that shipping costs are not included.

RETURN FAQS

How long after receiving my order can I make a return? 

You have up to 7 days to return your order after the day it was delivered. If you return your order after the 7 day time period, it will not be accepted. 

Can I exchange an item? 

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the unwanted item back to us, obtain the store credit, and use the store gift card to place a new order. 

Can I get a refund? 

We currently do not offer refunds. However, you will receive an e-gift card via email that you can use at any point to make a purchase. 

Have you received my return? 

We will process your return within 3-5 business days from the day we receive it. Please allow up to 10 business days for your items to be returned back to us. Our Returns Department will send you a confirmation e-mail once your return
has been received and processed. If you have not heard any communication from us after the 10 business day timeframe, please contact us at
support@baltestabeanskin.com. Such things take time, and we ask for your patience. 

What should I do if I received the wrong item or my item arrives damaged? 

If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we would first like to extend our apologies. Aside for from making the products, packaging them up for you is extremely fun for us. And times we may get a bit carried away (lol). But no worries, we will quickly fix the error for you. Please email us at support@baltestabeanskin.com within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number and the incorrect item (include a picture of it). And we will take care of the rest. Which is eligible for return? 

Everything can be returned as long as it is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. The only Items not eligible for return are items that have been used, worn, and opened.
